Train at least 5 times a week by performing the 4 Steps of the "FaceUpper by Aga Nowak" Method in one session and in the right order:

2. Warming Up
3. Exercises
4. Relax 

Each new differentiated training week will be unlocked every 7 days from the date of purchase.
At the end of each workout, remember to clean your face well of excess oil and wash your hands.
At the end of the fourth week, the course should be repeated or personalised according to your needs.

What is not necessary:

Do I have to do all 4 steps in one session?

Yes, just like in the gym, the workout always starts with a movement preparation phase and ends with muscle stretching. Do all 4 steps in a row, following the video tutorial will take you no more than 25 minutes.

Should I wash my face after training?

Yes, your face should be washed (with your favourite facial cleanser) after training to remove impurities due to the exfoliating effect of self-massages
